February 20, 2024 The Coalition of Large Tribes filed the attached “history” amici brief in support of the San Carlos Apache Tribe and Northern Arapaho Tribe today at the U.S. Supreme Court in their case against HHS for certain IHS contract support costs.  This brief is joined by Warm Springs and other tribes and the Association on American Indian Affairs.
