The below protest/appeal filings have been delivered in Billings, along with those of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe; the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes; Tanka Fund; and Cheyenne River Buffalo Ranch & Wild Idea Buffalo Co., all of which share COLT’s concerns as members of the interested public with respect to the Proposed Decision’s unintended negative consequences for tribal bison herds. Copies have been delivered to Governor Gianforte, Senators Daines and Sheehy, and Reps. Zinke and Downing.
