The COLT Special Meeting will be held at various locations in Washington DC. We will have a prep meeting at 4 pm Eastern at the Lakota Embassy on Monday, June 23 and very full meeting days June 24, 25 and the morning of June 26 before leaders can catch late afternoon flights home on the 26th.
