Chairman Weatherwax sent a letter to Treasury requesting an urgent Office of Tribal and Native Affairs Broadcast clarification that ARPA State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund monies are not at risk of claw-back in any rescission of “unobligated balances” of ARPA monies that might be enacted in connection with the current debt ceiling negotiations and any agreement for resolution.
