WASHINGTON—The Coalition of Large Tribes (COLT) will be holding its next quarterly meeting on Tuesday, July 12, 2016. The meeting will take place at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center in Rapid City, South Dakota. COLT is a partnership of federally recognized tribes whose land base is larger than 100,000 acres.

Current COLT leadership is comprised of Crow Nation Chairman Darrin N. Old Coyote, chairman, Navajo Nation President Russell Begaye, vice chairman, and Shoshone-Bannock Tribe Council Member Marcus Coby, treasurer.

COLT’s agenda will focus on energy development, public safety, transportation and health. Additionally, COLT will focus on its missions and objectives and a strategic plan built to accomplish them.
